Code of conduct
1. KETS shall endeavor to meet the needs of its clients at all times.
2. KETS will act solely in the interests of its clients.
3. KETS will only accept work for which it is qualified to perform where its clients can be served effectively.
4. KETS personnel will be highly qualified by having the appropriate profes sional qualifications.
5. KETS will not make misleading claims and will provide references from other clients if requested.
6. KETS shall agree formally with the client about the scope, nature and deliverables of the services to be provided and the basis of remuneration. In advance of commencing work, any subsequent revisions will be subject to prior discussion and agreement with the client.
7. Client’s confidentiality is absolutely essential as we refrain from passing any affairs regarding our clients to a third party without their approval.
8. KETS will not invite or encourage clients’ staff to consider alternative employment unless it is for the purpose of the assignment.
9. Any advice, solutions and recommendations offered by KETS shall be impartial, realistic, practical, and clearly articulated to its clients.
10. KETS will communicate with the client continuously about the progress of the assignment, encourage and take note of feedback
11. KETS personnel will act with respect, courtesy and consideration towards all individuals with whom they come into contact.
12. KETS will disclose any special relationships, circumstances or business interests which could be seen to influence or impair their judgment or objectivity towards the client.
13. KETS personnel will be remunerated solely by the client and shall not accept discounts, hospitality, commissions or gifts as an inducement to show favor to anybody or person, nor attempt to obtain advantage by giving financial inducement to clients or client staff.
14. Any financial offer (bid / tender) made by KETS shall be sufficient to enable responsibilities to be carried out for the client adequately in every respect.
15. KETS will strictly adhere to the rules, regulations, technical rules, standards, codes practice, appropriate to the profession and to the task entrusted in the company.
